February is my favorite month of the year.

For several reasons:

1. My birthday is on the 19th of February. I turn 19 this year. Haha, I turn 19 on the 19th of February. I feel like this year is going to be an amazing one. 

2. I love Valentine’s Day which is on the 14th of February. Whether I was single or in a relationship, I have always loved Valentine’s Day. It’s the most cheesiest day of the year, but I really can’t stop myself from buying overpriced love cards and candy for the one that I love. 

3. Sometimes, it’s Chinese New Year…which means double the money for me. Yay, college funds!

4. Most of the time, good things always happens in the month of February for me.

5. My birthday is the day before President’s Day, so there’s always a four day weekend, guaranteed.

6. In elementary, middle, and high school, spring break always came around my birthday.

7. February just makes me feel like I have tons of butterflies inside. It’s still winter, but you know the seasons are moving on to spring. The weather here is always warm or mildly chilly, depending on the day. Flowers start to emerge as March arrives.

8. Everything just looks and feels better in February.
